A deposit is required to reserve your event date after you approve your proposal. Your date isn't considered booked until that deposit is received.

The remaining balance is due before your event date, timed to give us enough notice to plan your order properly. We'll confirm the exact due date with you when we send your proposal.

We know plans evolve; guest counts, flavors, and event details can be refined as you get closer to your date. We'll always let you know the latest deadline for your final numbers to guarantee availability and freshness.

Because each order involves ingredients and production time reserved specifically for your event, deposits secure that commitment and are generally non-refundable. If your plans change, reach out as early as possible; we'll always work with you to find the best solution for your situation.
